Nina is the Founder of Wise Women Club and Transformational Coach, known for designing elegant, high-trust spaces where women can step out of pressure, reconnect with themselves, and engage in conversations that genuinely matter. Her work brings together presence, insight, and a rare ability to hold an environment where women feel both safe and truly seen.
Audrius Kazlauskas
Strategic clarity · Leadership perspective · Business dynamics
Audrius has vast international corporate business experience and now works with leaders and professionals navigating growth, visibility, pressure, and complex decision-making. Thanks to his background in international corporate environments and especially working with strong women in FTSE 100 and NYSE-listed organisations, he brings both the experience of being led and leading teams in high-pressure contexts.
Elena-Corina Radu
Integration · Reflection · Nervous system reset
Elena-Corina a renowned psychologist tackling even most unorthodox cases, she has created and teaches the Conscious Creation course. Her work supports women in leadership to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their internal state, and access clarity from a more grounded and embodied place. As a skilled psychologist and facilitator, she integrates nervous system awareness, emotional processing, and subtle inner work. As a specialist she also explores sound as media to assist the change.
